We know that purchasing a holiday home is a big decision and can be quite daunting. Even though you will be able to escape to your holiday home in North Wales whenever you want, you are bound to have a few questions.

We have collated some Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs) that we are often asked here at Oak View Lodge Park at Bryn Morfydd, which we hope will be useful.

Your questions answered

Yes you can by arrangement with the park who can also provide a complete managed service, meaning you can relax and enjoy hassle free income

The park has a recreational licence, however you can make use of your lodge 365 days of the year.  You will need to demonstrate that you have another alternative residential address

The season is 12 months – the park is open all year round 365 days.

The licence for our lodges is 50 years.

Yes, there is excellent optical fibre into lodge connection for all lodges on Oak View lodge park.

Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs at Oak View. It is a fantastic area for dogs to walk and they are very welcome !

Subject to availability, there is always flexibility in procuring a lodge, by arrangement with the team at Oak View lodge, come and speak to us.

Yes, all of our lodges have decking.

The charges for utilities are metered to each lodge, so you pay for what you use at the agreed rate.

Yes, there are hard standing car ports for 2 vehicles next to each lodge.

Included in the purchase fee is fully furnished lodge and decking.

£5,800 per year current year 2024

The fee is due on the 31st March each year.

Yes, you will need insurance. We can advise on this.

Yes there is a 10 year gold shield manufacturers warranty.

We don’t have in house finance available, however we can help you to find specialist lenders.

Typically 10% of the price.
