Patchworks chutney

1. Patchwork Foods

Patchwork Foods is a lovely local business just five minutes’ drive from the park. Established by Margaret Carter in 1982, she began selling her home-made pâtés to pubs in nearby Llangollen.

The business soon expanded, and she moved from her house to a purpose-built factory in the heart of Ruthin. Today, Patchwork has won over 80 Taste Awards, and their delicious pâtés are still made in small batches just like they were 30 years ago.

Take your pick from over 30 different pâtés – with varieties including chicken liver pâtés, fish pâtés, vegetarian & vegan pâtés, cheese pâtés and game liver pâtés. And if you fancy spicing things up a bit, they make the most irresistible chilli jams and chutneys.

Our personal favourite is the Brandy & Herbs Chicken Liver Pâté – very yummy!

You can visit the Patchwork Foods shop in Ruthin or shop online here – https://www.patchworkfoods.com/

Angel feathers - Tayberry Gin

3. Moel Famau Gin

All of the honey can be traced back to the apiary where it was produced by their happy honey bees.
